Staying here was an unforgettable family adventure! The hotel is a remarkable starting point for exploring the vibrant streets of Naples and the surrounding attractions. The art pieces throughout the hotel are captivating, and dining at the rooftop restaurant with stunning views of Vesuvius was a highlight of our stay!
My kids wished for a larger pool area for more fun.

A mesmerizing blend of art and luxury, the facilities impress at every turn, highlighted by the exceptional spa and gym. The one-bedroom wellness room offered a tranquil escape with remarkable amenities. Dining was a delight, with fresh croissants at breakfast among the highlights. However, slight concerns arose with the room layout not maximizing space fully, and the upscale prices might deter budget-conscious travelers.

Great views from the rooftop restaurant, but the Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

missingWrote a review on Jun 27poor view
The hotel is located in a rather industrial area, facing storage containers and cruise liners, which detracts from the expected grandeur of a coastal view. The pool situation is a letdown. there’s limited sunbathing space as only two sunbeds received direct sunlight in the morning. Additionally, with no staff attending to the pool area, drinks can only be obtained from the restaurant inside—then there's the lobby, which had a persistent issue with small flies, making me wonder about cleanliness standards. Operating hours and maintenance, like the closed top floor restaurant during my stay, felt poorly communicated, leading to some disappointment.

Had an awesome stay in the Deluxe Front Room, enjoying the beautiful view of the harbor and a fantastic breakfast each morning. The spa offered a great massage and a relaxing sauna that really helped me unwind. Just be aware of some renovation noise during the day, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😊

We had an awesome group trip! The hotel was a perfect starting point for our excursions to beautiful parks like Villa Sigurtà and amazing amusement parks such as Gardaland. The rooftop pool was such a relaxing spot after visiting local art museums. Breakfast on the rooftop with stunning views was definitely a highlight.
However, we found the shower wet rooms a bit annoying. the sensor lighting kept turning off while we were still in the shower.

This hotel had beautiful design and friendly staff, making our stay pleasant. The location was great for accessing the ferry, yet the room lacked storage, and minor maintenance issues arose. The pool was disappointing, which detracted from the experience overall.
